Our client is a large and well-known brokerage firm in the Belgian market.
**Beschrijving**
As a claims handler, you will be responsible for:
- Opening claims files internally but also with the insurance company;
- Collecting information useful for the opening of the file (coverage, responsibility(s), circumstances,...);
- Analyze the general conditions of the contract;
- Informing the client about the coverage(s) he has;
- Defend the interests of your clients;
- To be in contact with the different parties (companies, experts, clients,...)
**Profile**
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Insurance and/or equivalent experience;
- You have the necessary certifications (PCP IARD, Assur Mifid,...);
- You have a first experience in claims management (in a brokerage office or in a company);
- You have an excellent knowledge of French with a good basis in English;
- You are empathetic, proactive, autonomous and have a good sense of negotiation;
- You are rigorous and able to manage priorities.
