A Eurofins PSS employs and manages full-time analysts, technicians, scientists, and technical support personnel directly at the client facility to provide long term staffing needs while maintaining the same services, expertise, and cGMP compliance available at the Eurofins facility. As documentation specialist, you will be working with a driven service team of documentation specialists and scientific writers. In addition, you will be responsible for handling several service requests and providing functional project support. Furthermore, you will be:
- Responsible for document management.
- Editing, Uploading and following up on documents in the documentation system.
- Consolidating Documents.
- Reviewing reports in Microsoft word and related activities.
- Troubleshooting and Resolving issues.
- Facilitating initiation, maintaining overview and following up on data requests.
- Other functional related support such as Data Review, Template Management, etc.
- Participating actively in team and client meetings.
**Qualifications**
- A bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent by experience.
- A first administrative work experience is always plus.
- An interest for pharmaceutical sciences in an asset.
- Outstanding written and communication skills in English.
- Excellent computer & software skills (able to learn to work with different tools and document management systems). Don't worry

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Efficient, flexible and dynamic.
- Accurate and Detail oriented.
- Team player mentality with the ability to work autonomously.
- Someone that enjoys participating actively in team and client meetings.
**Additional Information**
- A full-time permanent contract (40 hours/week).
- Monday to Friday job with flexible working hours.
- 4 days working from home, 1 day working from the office in Beerse.
