**Wat ga je doen?**
Als Engineering Manager leid je de Engineering afdeling, inclusief het beheer van het budget, investeringen, en aanpassingen aan de bestaande infrastructuur, machinepark en producten.
- Vertalen van strategische bedrijfsdoelstellingen naar concrete projecten en investeringen
- Ontwikkelen van een lange termijn **investeringsplan** en het **optimaliseren** van **processen**:
- Actieve **ondersteuning van de productieafdeling**, waarbij jouw team zorgt voor expertise en ondersteuning om de productieprocessen zo efficiënt mogelijk te laten verlopen
- Leiden van **investeringsprojecten** (Capex) en **modificaties** (MOC-projecten) van concept tot oplevering
- **Ontwikkelen** van **projecten** vanaf het initiële idee tot aan de definitieve uitvoering, inclusief FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), en het afronden van eventuele restpunten
- Nauw samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om **prioriteiten** te stellen en de **planning** van projecten optimaal af te stemmen op de operationele behoeften van de organisatie
- Verzorgen van effectieve **communicatie** binnen de gehele organisatie over **lopende projecten** en het organiseren van zijprojecten om de continuïteit van de plantwerking te waarborgen
- Waarborgen van de naleving van **milieu**-, **veiligheids**:

- Verantwoordelijk voor het **OT-team**: je stuurt ons het team van Automation Engineers aan, bepaalt de visie in de OT systemen en de structuur
- Voorbereiding op onderhandelingen over **energieaankopen**, het beheren van relaties met verificatiebureaus en overheidsinstanties in verband met energieconvenanten, het formuleren van voorstellen ter verbetering van de energie-efficiëntie, en het monitoren en analyseren van het **energieverbruik** van gas en elektriciteit
**Wie ben je?**
- Je genoot een **Masteropleiding** in een **technische** **richting** en beschikt over **10 tot 15 jaar ervaring** binnen een vergelijkbaar technisch domein
- Je beschikt over een sterk in **technisch inzicht** en **analytisch** denkvermogen
- Je denkt ten allen tijde **oplossingsgericht**, bent **communicatief** vaardig en kan een goede dosis **stress** de baas
- Je beschikt over sterke **onderhandelingsvaardigheden** en kan makkelijk **samenwerken** met diverse stakeholders
- Bekend zijn met de energiemarkt en ervaring met energiemanagementsystemen is een plus
- Je beheerst zowel de **Nederlandse** en **Engelse** taal. Kennis van het Frans en/of Duits is mooi meegenomen
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het **MS Office** pakket
