Belfius Asset Management (Belfius AM) is een dochteronderneming van Belfius Bank die werd opgericht in 2016. Als vermogensbeheervennootschap beheren we onze eigen fondsen en vertrouwen we het beheer van andere fondsen toe aan een aantal bevoorrechte partners. Het Responsible Investing Team coördineert alle ESG-activiteiten van Belfius AM. Het zorgt ervoor dat ESG-regelgeving wordt geïmplementeerd in de beleggingsportefeuilles en dat portefeuilles worden beheerd in overeenstemming met het uitsluitingsbeleid van Belfius Group. Het team ontwikkelt ESG-beleid en leidt ook de proxy voting
- en engagementactiviteiten van Belfius AM.

Dit is een zeldzame kans in vermogensbeheer om het voortouw te nemen op het gebied van duurzaamheid. Hierdoor ondersteun je de ontwikkeling van ESG binnen het bedrijf en verleg je de grenzen van verantwoord beleggen.

**De job in een notendop**

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

- een uitstekend inzicht in ESG-regelgeving en internationale best practices op het gebied van ESG-beheer onderhouden, om ervoor te zorgen dat het ESG-beleid en de ESG-procedures van Belfius AM best-in-class blijven en dat te allen tijde aan de wettelijke vereisten wordt voldaan
- ESG-rapportering beheren en er verantwoordelijkheid voor nemen
- het huidige ESG-beleid, de gegevensverzameling en de reporting verbeteren, zowel op het niveau van de entiteit als op het niveau van het beleggingsfonds
- deelnemen aan sectorinitiatieven in België (Febelfin, BEAMA)
- ESG-assistentie en -ondersteuning bieden aan andere onderdelen van de organisatie
- op de hoogte blijven van ESG-trends en -ontwikkelingen en deze vertalen naar uitvoerbare verbeteringen aan de fondsen en bedrijven in portefeuille

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:

- relevante bachelor
- of masterdiploma in rechten, financiën, economie of milieubeheer
- relevante ervaring in vermogensbeheer en/of ESG, meer specifieke ervaring met een van de onderstaande punten is een pluspunt: analyse van ESG-wet
- en regelgeving, ESG-strategieontwikkeling en -implementatie in een vermogensbeheer
- of bankomgeving, praktische implementatie van ESG-rapportering en ontwikkeling van meetkaders, sociale en milieueffecten van projecten meten en rapporteren, gebruik van ESG-marktgegevenstools (Bloomberg, Sustainalytics,...)
- je bent in staat zijn om invloed uit te oefenen en veranderingen te katalyseren door interpersoonlijke, relatie
- en samenwerkingsvaardigheden toe te passen
- je bezit analytische vaardigheden die een grondig begrip van ESG-regelgeving vergemakkelijken
- je denkt pragmatisch over het verbeteren van ESG-praktijken
- je werkt autonoom en doelgericht
- je hebt het talent om uit te blinken in een klein dynamisch bedrijf
- samenwerkingsvaardigheden zijn essentieel
