About the job
As our Customer Service Team lead, you will be responsible for delivering perfect execution of the Order 2 Cash process, while, on one side, maximizing customer/patient satisfaction and, on the other side, minimizing total cost-to-serve and CO2 impact.

Being a seasoned people manager, you will be in charge of leading a team of CS Agents (Front Office) responsible for order/backorder management, VMI order management, daily customer communication, OOS communication, returns and complaint processing, shortage/allocation management and credit check follow up. Your team is considered to be the voice of the customer.

As a Team Lead, we’re expecting you to acquire a deep knowledge of all processes and have a continuous Improvement mindset in order to optimize and improve processes/systems/way of working.

You will monitor the relevant KPI’s and do the proper follow up (root cause analysis and actions).

You are also expected to work along with the team when the workload requires this, so a hands-on mentality is crucial.

Customer Collaboration is key: on daily basis, you will be in contact with various internal departments such as Sales, Supply/ Demand planning & Logistics. You will equally support the customer collaboration team to develop a close collaboration with key customers to increase customer insights, improve information exchange, ensure timely product launches and promotions with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction.

Last but not least, you will work closely with the Back Office team to ensure customer service compliancy with audit requirements, close follow up of returns and complaints and follow up of outbound and distribution related issues with our Logistic Service Providers & Logistics team.

About you
- You have a Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Logistics, Business Administration or similar
- Besides that you have at least 3-5 years of experience in a Supply Chain or Sales related position
- You are fluent in Dutch and/or French, with a good level of English
- You are digitally literate with an extensive SAP SD & Microsoft Office Knowledge
- You have strong listening & communication skills
- You are able to motivate teams, engage people and drive change
- You are a team player with a critical, analytical & process driven mindset
