**Description**
Interne controle is verantwoordelijk voor het verschaffen van redelijke zekerheid aan het hogere management en de Raad van Bestuur van de Groep over de verwezenlijking van doelstellingen die een efficiënte bedrijfsvoering, betrouwbare financiële en niet-financiële verslaglegging en naleving van wet
- en regelgeving waarborgen.
Als Expert Interne Controle zal uw rol de volgende activiteiten omvatten
- Identificeren en beoordelen van de operationele risico's van het bedrijf
- Assisteren en uitdagen van het management bij hun risicobeoordeling, implementeren van effectieve controleprocessen en ontwikkelen van actieplannen
- Berekenen van de economische kapitaalbehoefte voor de belangrijkste risico's van het bedrijf
- Incidenten opvolgen en verhelpen
- Operationele lijnen helpen bij het identificeren van Key Risk Indicators en een ondersteunende rol spelen bij de bewaking ervan
- Toezien op de juiste toepassing van het interne controlekader overeenkomstig de instructies van de Groep, door de doeltreffendheid van de binnen de onderneming toegepaste processen en controles te verifiëren
- Tekortkomingen vaststellen en acties aanbevelen om risico's te voorkomen
- Deelnemen aan de voortdurende reflectie over de verbetering van de toegepaste processen en controles
- Relevante boodschappen bezorgen aan het management over het controlekader
- Samenwerken met andere controlefuncties (Compliance, Security, Audit) en transversale functies om te zorgen voor effectieve informatie-uitwisseling en consistentie in risicobeoordeling en -bewaking.
- Deelnemen aan projecten op het gebied van interne controle
**Profile**
- Universitair diploma (bij voorkeur in economie, financiën, managementwetenschappen of wetenschappelijke studies)
- Ten minste 3 jaar ervaring op het gebied van verzekeringen, risicobeheer en/of audits. Aantoonbare ervaring in projectbeheer is een pluspunt.
- Perfecte beheersing van het Frans of het Nederlands met werkkennis van de tweede taal. Een goede beheersing van het Engels is ook noodzakelijk voor deze functie.
