**Responsibilities**:
Het HR Shared Services Center binnen Proximus ICT NV geeft ondersteuning aan de verschillende filialen van de Proximus Group op gebied van HR administratie, payroll, arbeidswetgeving, compensation & benefits, en international employment. Wegens uitbreiding van de activiteiten zijn wij op zoek naar een HR Payroll officer met ervaring:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een kwalitatieve en tijdige payroll van bedienden (PC200), aansluitend bij de group policies en algemene wetgeving. Je beheert de dagelijkse opvolging van de personeelsinformatie.
- Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de dossierbeheerder van het sociaal secretariaat, de recruteringsafdeling, de HR business partner, de service center coördinators werkende binnen en voor de filialen en de verschillende HR Centers of Excellence.
- Je verschaft informatie aan de medewerkers en biedt antwoord op specifieke vragen i.v.m. payroll en loonadministratie.
- Naast je verantwoordelijkheid voor de opvolging van deze payroll kan je meewerken aan de uitbouw en implementatie van projecten binnen de HR-organisatie.
- Je stelt het beleid, de processen, tools en procedures continue in vraag en presenteert adviezen om deze te optimaliseren. Je wordt betrokken bij of leidt projecten in het kader van verdere professionalisering.
- Je ondersteunt de implementering en opvolging van HR- softwaretools en staat in voor de correctheid en volledigheid van de masterdata in deze systemen, zodat rapporteringen over personeelsgegevens op een uniforme en efficiënte wijze door jou bezorgd worden.
- Je houdt je kennis rond sociale wetgeving continu up-to-date, om zo proactief een meerwaarde te bieden aan de organisatie en je expertrol te blijven behouden.
Profile
- Je hebt solide ervaring in het verwerken van payroll, idealiter voor meerdere legale entiteiten met differentiatie in loonbeleid.
- Kennis van Eblox payroll is een must.
- Een basiskennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving is vereist.
- Ervaring met werken in een matrix-omgeving is een plus. Je zal immers rapporteren aan de HR Service Center Manager en zal functioneel begeleid worden door de payroll coördinator en de project coördinator.
- Je stelt zaken kritisch in vraag en neemt zelfstandig initiatieven met het oog op verbetering van de werking van de afdeling en het payroll proces binnen de organisatie. Je streeft naar een permanente verbetering van de dienstverlening naar je klant.
- Je werkt analytisch, accuraat en efficiënt en je bent zeer stressbestendig.
- Je organiseert je taken autonoom en respecteert de vooropgestelde deadlines. Daarnaast ben je een communicatieve, klantgerichte en enthousiaste teamplayer.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
- Je bent bereid je te verplaatsen naar ons hoofdkantoor in Evere (+- 40%) en sporadische verplaatsing naar filialen in Vlaanderen.
