The Technology & Process Optimisation department is responsible for the development and management of information systems, for seeking the gradual convergence of tools and processes within the new entity, and for proposing/implementing process optimisations, in particular by accelerating digitisation.
The Indirect Distribution Systems BSM will be the technical and functional contact for our external distributors and their technical suppliers, so that they can sell Eurostar products under the conditions defined in their distribution contract.

**We are looking for someone to...**
- Communicate changes impacting the commercial offering and distribution systems to external distributors and their technical suppliers, in order to estimate the developments or configuration changes required.
- Coordinate the testing of new commercial offers or technical projects with external distributors and their technical suppliers, to ensure that they are delivered on time and without defects.
- Support new distributors and technical suppliers in their development to connect to Eurostar inventory systems.
- Studying and analysing the needs of the Eurostar sales teams, in order to prioritise developments or patches to the distribution systems.
- Work with the Core Systems & Inventory team to monitor and resolve incidents affecting the distribution of the Eurostar offer.
- Work with the Sales Systems team to ensure compatibility of bookings created by external distributors with Eurostar's sales and operational systems.

Le département Technology & Process Optimisation est responsable du développement et de la gestion des systèmes d'information, de la recherche d'une convergence progressive des outils et des processus au sein de la nouvelle entité, et de la proposition/mise en œuvre d'optimisations des processus, notamment par l'accélération de la numérisation.
Le BSM Indirect Distribution Systems sera le réfèrent technique et fonctionnel auprès de nos distributeurs externes et de leurs fournisseurs techniques, afin qu’ils puissent vendre les produits Eurostar dans les conditions définies dans leur contrat de distribution.
- Usage interne: Poste Grade F, basé à Bruxelles ou Londres_
**Nous cherchons quelqu’un pour**
- Communiquer les changements impactant l’offre commerciale et les systèmes de distributions aux distributeurs externes et a leurs fournisseurs techniques, afin d’estimer les développements ou les changements de configuration requis.
- Coordonner les tests de nouvelles offres commerciales ou de projets techniques avec les distributeurs externes et leurs fournisseurs technique, afin d’assurer leur livraison a la date prévue et sans défauts.
- Accompagner les nouveaux distributeurs et fournisseurs techniques lors de leurs développements pour se connecter aux systèmes d’inventaire Eurostar.
- Etudier et analyser les besoins des équipes commerciales Eurostar, afin de prioriser les développements ou les correctifs sur les systèmes de distribution.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe Core Systems & Inventory pour suivre et résoudre les incidents impactant la distribution de l’offre Eurostar.
- Travailler avec l’équipe Sales Systems afin de garantir la compatibilité des réservations créées par les distributeurs externes, et les systèmes de vente et les systèmes opérationnels Eurostar.
