- We are looking for an experienced and results-driven _Account Manager_ to join our team and oversee the planning, execution and optimization of regional marketing campaigns._
As an **Account Manager** for Indirect Channels within the commercial department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with DIGI’s channel partners. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and expanding our presence in the Belgian telecom market through effective channel strategies. Reporting to the Channel Manager Indirect Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Manage Channel Partnerships: Identify and target potential channel partners and negotiate agreements to onboard them. Manage ongoing relationships and evaluate partner performance regularly.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets through indirect channels. Develop strategies to increase revenue from existing partners and bring in new business.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records and report on channel sales results, forecasts, and market conditions.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they have the necessary product knowledge and sales tools.
- Market Analysis: Use market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the telecom sector. Use insights to inform channel strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop channel marketing programs.
Desired skills and experience:
- Proven experience in channel sales, preferably in the telecom industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel across the country for your sales efforts
