**Position Summary**:
The Jr Key account Manager Wholesaler North is an expert on wholesalers in the Out of Home Channel, creating a relationship with all wholesalers in **Flanders **(+- 80%) and the **Netherlands **(+- 20%). Making Nestlé waters top of mind and ensuring our full distribution.

**A day in the life of a Jr Key Account Manager Wholesaler OOH**:

- You’re in charge of all the Sell-in distribution channels on wholesalers level, within the Horeca and Alternative Trade Channel (Grey channel).
- Creating visibility activations with our trade marketing department.
- Being the spokes person for our brands at our customers, fairs, business partners and strategic clusters.
- Driving the growth by introducing new channels in the 2 countries.
- Making agreements with direct and indirect customers and ensuring a durable & profitable collaboration.
- Contributing in the monthly Sales meetings.
- Have a proactive attitude towards internal organization to provide information (general & relevant) during processes; f.e. Commercial plan

**What will make you successful**:

- At least 3 years of experience in Sales roles in FMCG. Over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs especially top-line and bottom-line business results.
- You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience with a proven-track-record in this area.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
- Being a strong communicator, you are able to convey complex messages in a clear and convincing way.
- Leverage reporting to a higher level. Ensure achievement of agreed Sales targets/KPI’s (yearly and each Focus period) and ensure sales funnel management.
- You are a teamplayer who can works independently and has no difficulty in planning and prioritizing your work.
- A good organization an knowledge of CRM tools: Salesforce+, Analytics, clicksense, power BI and Onenote. And is strong in Excell
- Having an expertise on the Dutch market is a plus.
