YOUR OPPORTUNITY- As Account Manager Wholesale Channel, you are responsible for the sales, positioning and visibility of our brands within the Specialized Retail Channel (liquor independent & Drinkstores and Cavists) in your area.Create the legacy of Bacardi by developing strategic relationships that will significantly affect Bacardi’s presence, volume and visibility in your area.ABOUT YOU- You will develop, and maintain, effective and strategic relationships with Key Customers and influence the positioning of Bacardi brands in your area.You will use the Picture of Success approach to activate our brands to influence consumers at the point of purchase.You will identify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance in Key Customers in at the total Specialized Retail Channel, achieving value creation and capturing price.**Responsibilities**:

- RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE- Optimize and implement the Bacardi Sales Model within the Specialized Retail Channel in your area
- Manage & build relationships with direct and indirect on-trade wholesalers from the region
- Drive, agree, execute and monitor specific annual deals with the Independent Liquor Stores to deliver “win-win” value to Bacardi and customers.
- Identify and use opportunities in the market / Increase distribution and visibility of our brands
- Data collection for on-trade contracts, prospects & potential new business, provide reliable reports and analyses
- NPD development to speed up scale
- Roll out pay performance model with direct RTM and increase internal collaboration with ontrade department
- Implement product testing and give training to the clients/partners to share knowledge and bring understanding in the spirits shelf

Skills and Experience
- THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY- Extensive knowledge of the market or channel, experience in the Spirits Industry and/or Beverages is a distinct advantage
- Strong track record of delivery with Customers in a commercial role, demonstrated strong negotiation skills
- Preferably knowledge of sales effectiveness tools processes and category management
- Fluency in both Country’s most spoken languages (NL, FR) with focus on FR, proficiency in English
- Hands-on and pragmatic attitude with strong analytical skills (excel, powerpoint)
- Stakeholder management via strategic analyses & presentations
- Understanding of both off-trade & on-trade
- Good relationship builder and People-oriented
- Demonstrable affinity with the independent liquor store channel and cash & carry
