**About the Role**
We're on the hunt for a Sales Manager who iss not just motivated — we're talking driven to crush
goals and level up the game in video marketing If you’ve got a fire for YouTube, social media,
and digital innovation, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
**What you’ll do** (aka: the fun stuff):
- Build epic relationships with media agencies, digital agencies and advertisers. You’ll be
the go-to for generating business and raking in the revenue in an industry that never
sleeps.
- Innovate, create, and lead in the fast-paced world of video marketing. You’re the one
with the ideas and the execution to back it up.
- Keep it digital. You’ll navigate YouTube, BVOD, and all things social media like a pro,
always on the lookout for what’s next.

**Responsibilities**
- Market Channel Factory solution to media agencies, digital agencies and direct clients.
- Responsible for creating the sales strategy and executing it into growth opportunities
and revenue together with the Management team.
- Manage the day-to-day work with Account Management team.
- Track market trends in video, SoMe and digital marketing.
- Lead the way and take ownership of agencies and partnerships.
- Finds new sales opportunities through networking and develops long term
partnerships.
- Manages the entire sales cycle from prospecting a new client and presenting Channel
Factory’s solutions and services to closing the deal.
- Provides actionable insights and solutions to agencies based on their video advertising
goals and Channel Factory’s capabilities; negotiates costs and terms to secure win-win
partnerships.
- Educates agencies on why Brand Safety and Brand Suitability on YouTube are
important and why Channel Factory’s technology is superior to other options
- Forecasts, tracks, and reports sales performance including budget, timelines,
probability to close etc.
- Collaborates with internal Channel Factory teams (Client Solutions, AdOps and
international sales teams) to oversee proper execution of campaigns and ensure
alignment with the clients’ campaign objectives
- Reporting to Country Manager Belgium
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of digital ad sales experience towards agencies or digital marketeer
in agencies, sales houses or advertisers willing to move to AdTech
- Strong agency and advertisers established relationships
- Knowledge of Belgian media research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Ability to lead, collaborate and work autonomously in a fast-paced entrepreneurial
team environment and in a start-up mode.
- Effective problem-solving skills. Specifically, the ability to assess clients’ needs and
evaluate options, make decisions, draw conclusions, and exercise judgment quickly.
- Possess understanding and ability to analyze clients’ business marketing objectives,
brand or ROI goals, media buying cycles, metrics for success, etc.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills as well as exceptional
communication and presentation skills. Great networking capabilities.
- Hold a level of knowledge regarding the different systems, DV360, GAds, Salesforce,
MS Office
- Ability to execute a high number of pitches, meetings, and follow-up conversations.
