**Responsibilities**:
- Develop new agents and maintain daily operations of existing agents;
- Assist agents in developing new distributors, expanding channels, improving brand coverage and sales in Belgium, and achieving sales targets;
- Assist the Master distributor in maintaining and managing the distributors, collect data and provide feedback;
- Implement HQ market strategies, ensuring channel strategies are implemented on the ground through the Master distributor and distributors.
**Qualifications**:
- At least five years of sales experience, experience in KA development and management is preferred;
- Experience in Tobacco, E-cigarette and FMCG industry is high preferred;
- Languages: French, Dutch and English are required, German is optional;
- Skilled in handling interpersonal relationships and crisis management;
- Possess a driving license, and having own vehicle is preferable;
- Must be able to legally work in Belgium without Visa sponsorship.
Pay: €50.000,00 - €75.000,00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
