**Job Summary**:
In this highly collaborative role, and as part of a multicultural, European commercial team. You will be supporting the indirect sale of Thermo Fisher Scientific Chromatography consumable products. Selling through collaboration and supporting our diverse channel partners.

You can choose to work at home, remotely or within one of our local commercial offices.

It will be your job to fully understand our partners business and help them to achieve their and our goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Support customers**:

- Handle relationships to ensure continued business and an excellent customer experience;
- Engage with our partners through digital communication tools. Able to meet customers if you think required.

**Commercial Leadership**:

- Responsible for commercial activities in Northern Europe for consumables through indirect sales channels;
- Provides strong strategic and operational leadership to country Channel Partners;
- Builds and maintains core business processes and procedures, designed to increase customer satisfaction;
- Align and support closely with the snr. Sales Manager on pricing Strategies.

**Plan and Prioritise**:

- Monitor territory and product mix performance and implement corrective / growth measures where necessary;
- Actively manage the success and accountability of the commercial planning forecast;
- Manage price / performance matrix and optimize price where possible.

**Drives Growth**:

- Produce and deliver AOP in line with Countries/Region Channel Partner expectation;
- Uses sales tools to successfully handle the accounts, leads, opportunities, pipelines and forecast.

**Coordinate with teams**:

- Collaborates and coordinates with marketing, sales, and logistic operations teams;
- Attends and provides presentations, when required;
- Uses internal and external resources to meet customer needs.

**What will you need?**
- Consistent track record of scientific sales, ideally within the chromatography and mass spec industry;
- Experience in B2B sales highly desirable;
- Bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent work experience required;
- Proficiency in English (other Northern European languages beneficial not necessary);
- Ability to travel to customer locations up to 75% of the time including overnight travel.
