Channel & Field Tech Marketing Manager

As a “Channel & Field Tech Marketing Manager” for the EMEA region you will be part of the “Tech Partner marketing” team and be responsible in supporting our channel partners drive pipeline. This role will be primarily to the Parallels brand (Parallels Remote Application Server, Awingu, Parallels Desktop) - a focus of strategic importance due to its exceptional growth potential.
Your team is global and working across multiple time zones, so a high degree of comfort with remote work and availability for occasional meetings outside of standard working hours is critical.
You will
- Report to the Director of Tech Partner Marketing
- Work hand-in-hand with regional sales and sales leaders as well as the Tech Partner Marketing and Alludo Partner Marketing teams.
- Work closely with regional channel partners with the aim to create new pipeline opportunity. In that context you will use MDF and other tools to support our channel partners (and sales teams).
- Where relevant, you will help sales teams and channel partners in the setup of ‘marketplace’ and you will facilitate commercial training/enablement of channel sales resource.
- You will create localized ‘campaigns-in-a-box’ (with or without MDF) to assure broad channel coverage with minimum time-investment; as such providing sales & channel partners with a ‘menu’ of options to execute their MDF.
- You will review MDF requests related to Tech products (from Tech driven channel partners) and advise on it’s execution.
- As such, you will be the primary marketing contact for the channel partners in your region.
- You will be rigorous in execution of activities/events and it’s follow-up. You will track results of activities (e.g. MQL) and other involved stakeholders to maximize return where needed.
- Where needed, you will support in the successful participation and execution of events (channel driven or other) in your region.
What we are looking for
- Approximately 5 years of experience in the industry
- Ability to work with a high degree of independence
- A collaborative attitude and cross-functional communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to execute multiple campaigns/projects at the same time
- Strong sense of pragmatism and a result-oriented mindset
- A willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
- Ability to act as a corporate representative at both online and live events, and speak to our product benefits and features with ease.
