Task Description

BICS is seeking for a Marketing Manager preferably with B2B experience in tech or telecommunications industry, to design and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives that will drive growth across channels and target audiences.

This role focus is to understand, orchestrate and lead programs, campaigns and marketing activities for the various audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, coordinate and supervise the execution of the marketing plan and campaigns that generate sales impact and customer interest for BICS products and solutions, in line with the corporate strategy.
- Define marketing initiatives that help in creating Brand awareness, positioning, and engagement of our solutions in the market towards the focus target segments
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns and have a broad knowledge and understanding of the digital marketing mix to support direct and indirect sales across all digital marketing channels: website, social media, media, Showpad, Pardot, Channel partners program, etc.
- Understand market needs and challenges to build up appealing customer value propositions, develop differentiated solutions pitches for sales to attract the target audiences in the different industries. Curate solution content and story-telling based on customer benefits and differentiators that engage effectively with decision makers.
- Maintain product knowledge and evangelize the enterprise solution portfolio internally and externally, customers, partners and media
- Create marketing material kits, tools, and the resources needed to enable sales to evolve and grow the business
- Support event’s channel with key messages and content that engage strongly with the right audience
- Develop ways to measure, analyse, and report on channel marketing activities to drive improvement in programs
- Formulate the marketing plan and approach to meet goals while managing time, budget, and resources to effectively accomplish the objectives.
- Conduct competitive analysis research and benchmark. Identify sharp consumer, product and market insights to fuel ideation, creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. Able to build up relationships with sales teams and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure full alignment and secure support for marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate and work closely with external vendors such as marketing content and digital agencies and ensure great evolution of the projects and delivery timings are achieved.

Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years of channel marketing experience in the Tech or Telecommunications Industry.
- Digital marketing knowledge
- A self-starter attitude that’s comfortable with constant change and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think critically and creatively
- Strong organizational skills
- Marketing planning, and execution
- Tradeshow and event management
- Some graphic design and copywriting skills are a plus
- Analytical and strategic skills in a strive to grow channel revenue and marketing database
- Expertise in marketing, product marketing and management and brand and communications.
- Project management skills
- Ability to manage budgets
- Strong communication skills oral and written
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external groups.
- Fluently speak and write English. Knowledge of any additional language is a plus
- Affinity with Marketing Automation platforms (Pardot) and CRM systems (SalesForce)
- SEA and SEO affinity
