**_THE ROLE _**

**_THE WORK _**

**_As a Corporate Experience Expert, you will act as a key member of the _**_operational excellence team _**_participating in strategic business decisions, being instrumental in various cross-industry initiatives. _**
- **_Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement. _**:

- **_Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop process improvement plans. _**:

- **_Develop and implement process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs). _**:

- **_Assess impact of the implemented actions, track progress and identify opportunities for further improvements. _**:

- **_Provide training and support to stakeholders on new processes and procedures. _**:

- **_Collaborate with other departments and external partners to ensure that processes are aligned with company goals and objectives. _**:

- **_Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends in process improvement. _**

**_WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? _**

**_Professional Background _**

**_You have: _**
- **_A minimum of two years of previous work experience in analyzing, standardizing, and optimizing processes and workflows (BPMN, process mapping, process re-engineering, business analysis, Lean techniques) _**:

- **_Experience in process mining is a plus _**:

- **_Ability to analyze and present complex processes and data in a logical, structured, and compelling manner _**:

- **_Strong presentation and moderation skills as well as very good MS Office skills _**

**_Educational background _**
- **_A Master’s Degree from a top university _**:

- **_An MBA or an additional master’s degree is a plus. _**

**_Personal Skills _**
- **_You are fluent in English as well as French or Dutch, and you have a practical knowledge of the other Belgian national language _**:

- **_You are solution oriented - analyzing the client’s issues, by gathering, validating, and analyzing requirements, proposing a range of potential solutions and helping them select a solution _**:

- **_You have very strong interpersonal skills, including, but not limited to, verbal and written communication skills up to CxO level _**:

- **_The passion to invent what’s next in operational excellence _**:

- **_A strong proactive, team player who has an entrepreneurial mindset with the dedication and drive to deliver high-quality results _**:

- **_A logical, analytical, and structured thinker with good relationship management and influencing skills - often influencing senior stakeholder groups _**:
