**Mission**:
As a Technical Project Lead (Digitalization and Automation), you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex automation and digitalization projects. You will also be responsible for defining the technical architecture, designing technical solutions, planning tasks, and managing budgets. You will work closely with key stakeholders to provide innovative solutions to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead diverse automation and digitalization projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality requirements.
- Define the technical strategy and architecture of projects, considering stakeholder needs and technical constraints.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, such as team leaders, business managers, and clients, to understand their needs and ensure projects meet their expectations.
- Identify and evaluate new automation and digitalization technologies and provide technical recommendations to improve our clients' processes and products.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in automation and digitalization.
- Manage project risks and issues, taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Prepare and present project status reports to key stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in civil or industrial engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in an equivalent field.
- Advanced expertise in Digitalization and/or Automation, with a mastery of common IT tools.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and learn new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to anticipate issues and manage priorities.
- Analytical and writing skills for specifications writing.
- Excellent fluency in French and English, written and spoken. Fluency in other languages is an asset.

- **Mission**

En tant que Lead Technique Projet (Digitalisation et Automatisation), vous serez responsable de la gestion et de la réalisation de projets complexes d'automatisation et de digitalisation. Vous serez également responsable de la définition de l'architecture technique, de la conception des solutions techniques, de la planification des tâches et de la gestion des budgets. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes clés afin de fournir des solutions innovantes à nos clients.

**Responsabilités**
- Gérer et diriger des projets d'automatisation et de digitalisation variés, en veillant à ce qu'ils soient livrés dans les délais, dans le respect du budget et conformément aux exigences de qualité.
- Définir la stratégie technique et l'architecture des projets, en tenant compte des besoins des parties prenantes et des contraintes techniques.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les parties prenantes clés, telles que les chefs d'équipe, les responsables commerciaux et les clients, pour comprendre leurs besoins et s'assurer que les projets répondent à leurs attentes.
- Identifier et évaluer les nouvelles technologies d'automatisation et de digitalisation, et fournir des recommandations techniques afin d’améliorer les processus et produits de nos clients.
- Rester à jour sur les dernières tendances et les bonnes pratiques en matière d'automatisation et de digitalisation.
- Gérer les risques et les problèmes liés aux projets, en prenant des mesures proactives pour les atténuer.
- Préparer et présenter des rapports sur l'avancement des projets aux parties prenantes clés.

**Qualifications**:

- Diplômé(e) en ingénierie civile ou industrielle, avec une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans un domaine équivalent.
- Expertise avancée en Digitalisation et/ou Automation, avec une maîtrise des outils informatiques courants.
- Expérience dans la gestion de projets est un plus.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership.
- Capacité à s'adapter rapidement à de nouveaux environnements et à apprendre de nouvelles technologies.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en collaboration.
- Capacité à anticiper et à gérer les priorités avec rigueur.
- Compétences analytiques et rédactionnelles pour la rédaction des cahiers des charges.
