Bij Covestro NV zijn we op zoek naar een security operations manager die mee wil bouwen aan de toekomst van de security van Covestro NV en de andere bedrijven op deze site.

Deze functie rapporteert en werkt nauw samen met de security manager. Deze functie werkt ook samen met heel wat andere diensten en personen, binnen ons eigen bedrijf en de andere bedrijven op onze site.

Je zorgt voor een goede ondersteuning van de medewerkers van de dienst Security, zodat zij zo goed mogelijk hun werk kunnen uitvoeren met de bestaande middelen en mogelijkheden en je zal, samen met de security manager en de technische expert, meedenken aan oplossingen om onze diensten en kwaliteit te verbeteren en meewerken aan de implementatie van die oplossingen. Je zorgt er ook voor dat de medewerkers van de dienst Security steeds vlot geholpen worden met hun administratie en de medewerkers van Covestro NV, de site partners en contractoren geholpen worden aangaande hun beveiliging gerelateerde aanvragen. Je staat in voor de logistiek van onze dienst.

Je zal deel uitmaken van een wachtrol, die buiten de werkuren, instaat om advies te geven aangaande security en indien nodig de site kan vervoegen om operationele problemen op te lossen.

Je zal als backup van de security manager werken en daarvoor de wettelijke functies kunnen uitvoeren (PFSO, Veiligheidsofficier en leidinggevende van de interne bewakingsdienst).

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden en taken:

- De dagelijkse leiding op jouw nemen van de interne bewakingsdienst en de taken van de bewakingsonderneming.
- Het onderhouden van onze procedures en processen.
- Je neemt, samen met de security manager, de verbeteringen ter harte en helpt bij de implementatie daarvan.
- Je werkt samen met het team voor het aanbieden van security gerelateerde oplossingen voor Covestro NV en de andere bedrijven op ons terrein.
- Je werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het security plan.
- Je werkt security oplossingen uit voor specifieke onderdelen binnen het plan of voor specifieke gebeurtenissen.
- Je volgt de incidenten op, zoekt naar verbeteringen en implementeert deze.
- Je helpt onze partners, contractoren, medewerkers,met hun security gerelateerde vragen
- Je staat in voor het opvolgen van de planning.
- Je bent in staat om bewakingsactiviteiten uit te voeren.
- Je neemt deel aan de wachtrol van de security afdeling.
- Je neemt deel aan de extra taken van onze security dienst (veiligheid, collectief vervoer, verkeersveiligheid,)
- Je vervangt de security manager bij afwezigheid, inclusief de wettelijke verantwoordelijkheden (PFSO, Veiligheidsofficier en leidinggevende van de IBD).

WHAT YOU OFFER
- Je hebt management ervaring binnen de bewaking en/of fysieke beveiliging of een gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Je hebt een master diploma of hebt reeds enkele jaren gewerkt op een master niveau
- Je bent gevormd als PFSO en strategisch leidinggevende of bereid deze opleidingen te volgen.
- Je bent gevormd als bewakingsagent in havengebied of bereid deze opleidingen te volgen.
- Talenkennis: NL, ENG
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in het implementeren van oplossingen en projecten in complexe structuren (of met een samenwerking tussen verschillende bedrijven)
- Je woont in de buurt van Antwerpen en beschikt over een rijbewijs B
