We zijn op zoek naar een verantwoordelijke voor het nieuwe team “Smart Assets & Automation” binnen de afdeling “Power Distribution & Substations (PDST)”, die zal instaan voor het technisch beheer van de Smart Assets (PLC, monitoring, enz.) om de andere teams, die zich voornamelijk toeleggen op sterkstroom, te ondersteunen. In deze sleutelrol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bepalen van de tactische doelstellingen en zie je er in coördinatie met de leden van je team op toe dat ze efficiënt worden geïmplementeerd. Je hebt ook als taak de technische keuzes te valideren om ervoor te zorgen dat de vereisten inzake termijnen, budget, veiligheid en kwaliteit bij de uitvoering van nieuwe plannen worden nageleefd.

Je hebt de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
**1. Teambeheer**:

- Dagelijks leiding geven aan een team van 3 tot 6 medewerkers.
- Meehelpen nieuwe collega’s rekruteren om het team en de processen verder te ontwikkelen.

**2. Design**:

- Beheerecosystemen ontwikkelen, PLC's (programmeerbare automaten) en andere componenten die zijn aangesloten op het netwerk, programmeren en bijwerken in overleg met de andere teams van de afdeling.
- De diagrammen betreffende de werking van de automaten van de onderstations programmeren in samenwerking met het team “Substations” en de lokale entiteiten.

**3. Onderhoud**:

- De software, updates en patches beheren voor de componenten die op het netwerk zijn aangesloten.
- De interne regels vastgelegd door ICT, en de normen en geldende wetgeving betreffende het beheer van de gebruikers van de Smart Assets opvolgen en implementeren.
- Een opleiding over cyberbeveiliging en gedragsregels organiseren voor het personeel van PDST.

**4. Beheer van de technische inventaris van de Smart Assets.**

**5. Cybersecurity**:

- Toezien op de naleving van de bepalingen van de NIS-richtlijn inzake de kritieke infrastructuren die betrekking hebben op het deel PDST.

**6. Technische expertise**:

- Overleg plegen met ICT om de compatibiliteit tussen het spoornet en de componenten die erop zijn aangesloten, te verzekeren.

**JOUW PROFIEL**:

- Houder van een diploma burgerlijk ingenieur of industrieel ingenieur in het domein van sterkstroom of automatisering of IT, of een masterdiploma in IT.
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in het domein van sterkstroom, automatisering of IT.
- Kennis van cyberbeveiliging, programmering van automaten of communicatienetwerken is een troef.
- Een perfecte kennis van het Frans of Nederlands en een goede kennis van de tweede taal (in staat zijn om vergaderingen in de andere taal te volgen en eraan deel te nemen).
- Je beschikt over een basiskennis van het Engels.
- Je bent in staat om autonoom te werken.
- Je helpt een positieve teamgeest creëren.
- Je brengt een positieve samenwerking tot stand met de andere diensten van Infrabel.
