Mission principale:
Répondre aux besoins informatiques et télécom actuels et futurs de la STIB en assurant la définition et l’évolution de l’architecture de l’infrastructure ICT basée sur le cloud. Les solutions cloud d’architecture couvrent les différents domaines technologiques suivants : IaaS (infrastructure as a service), Paas (Platform as a service) et Saas (software as a service), Applications, Outils de monitoring, DataBase, Servers, Storage, Réseau, Sécurité, Clients.
Assurer la coordination quotidienne de l’équipe Cloud.

Domaines clés de responsabilité:
Architecture des Solutions cloud dans le cadre de projets spécifiques:

- Collecter, documenter les besoins ICT des clients internes et en coopération avec les représentants des différents domaines techniques de Service Delivery, évaluer l’impact de ces besoins ICT sur l’architecture cloud.
- Développer et documenter une solution d’architecture cloud répondant aux besoins des clients internes.
- Evaluer l’investissement nécessaire à la mise en œuvre de l’architecture cloud proposée.
- Définir un plan stratégique de test pour vérifier la validité de la réalisation de la Solution cloud.

Evolution de l’Architecture cloud à long terme:

- En coopération avec les représentants des différents domaines techniques de Service Delivery, définir les scénarios d’évolution de l’infrastructure ICT.
- Soumettre à l’approbation les recommandations d’évolutions l’infrastructure Cloud ainsi que les plans d’investissements associés.
- Gérer et mettre à jour le référentiel documentaire d’exploitation (Standards de Production).
- Assurer la mise en place de directives, règles, méthodes et standards dans le domaine de compétence.
- En coopération avec les représentants des différents domaines techniques de Service Delivery, définir et documenter les Services génériques du cloud et gérer leur évolution.

Mise en œuvre des évolutions:

- Participer à la réalisation des cahiers des charges et au choix des fournisseurs en coopération avec les représentants des différents domaines techniques.

**Profil recherché**:

- Être titulaire d’un Master ou équivalent par l’expérience.
- Expérience de 5 ans dans le domaine IT Cloud Architect.
- Maîtrise dans la définition de solutions d’architecture et de leur documentation.
- Maîtrise dans la capacité à comprendre et documenter les besoins clients.
- Maîtrise dans l’évaluation des coûts liés aux solutions d’architecture Cloud.
- Connaissance de la structure et de l’organisation de l’entreprise.
- Connaissance de la législation et des règlementations inhérentes à la fonction.
- Bonne connaissance orale et écrite de l’anglais technique et connaissance passive de la seconde langue nationale.
- Esprit d’équipe, orientation résultat, orientation client, qualité et service, communication, esprit d’analyse, pragmatisme et créativité, facilitateur et moteur du changement.
