Tâches et responsabilités:

- ** Déployer les programmes et initiatives** qui permettent aux équipes en contact avec les clients d'exécuter plus efficacement les aspects essentiels de leur travail, en particulier en ce qui concerne **la performance des ventes et des revenus**:

- ** Regrouper et coordonner toutes les demandes en Process, formations et contenus**, Projets et Testing auprès de l'équipe Knowledge et Operations Improvement
- Training:

- Garantir la cohérence de la qualité, du contenu, de la forme et des plannings des formations. A ce titre il assure le rôle de SPOC pour les demandes du département Ventes
- Coordonner le **développement des outils d'aide à la vente **(argumentaire, optimisation des performances, )
- Process commerciaux:

- Coordonner et regrouper les différentes remontées
- Rédaction des IOPs (Ideas on a Page) relatives aux demandes du département Ventes
- Suivi des projets et des évolutions informatiques
- SPOC du département ventes au sein des différents core team
- Responsable de la coordination de manière **transversale**, de la mise en oeuvre et du suivi des ‘Incentives' à la vente
- Obtention du buy-in des Business Owners et des équipes
- Livraison d'un output de qualité dans les délais impartis afin de permettre aux canaux de ventes de se focaliser sur la performance
- Renouvellement constant des méthodes, processus & contenus
- Agilité dans le métier

**Profil****:

- **Formation supérieure** **universitaire **de type Ingénieur commercial, Science économique
- **Minimum 5 ans** dans un environnement **commercial de type stratégique**:

- Expérience avec les systèmes de gestion de contenu et de gestion de l'apprentissage, coaching
- ** Excellent capacité analytique**:

- Aptitude à structurer tout en ayant à l'esprit le sens du détail
- ** Capacité d'animation**, à communiquer des messages complexes de façon simple et enthousiaste
- Capacité à gérer des problématiques complexes avec des équipes interne ou externes au département
- Capable de modéliser, synthétiser et présenter des résultats
- Capacité à proposer des idées innovantes et à challenger le statuquo : sens de l'initiative et autonomie et capacité à fédérer sont essentiels
- ** Leadership**:

- Français langue maternelle, anglais connaissance de base
