Pour son client, Robert Half recherche un Responsable des finances et de l'administration (M/F/X) (rôle opérationnel complet en comptabilité) à Eupen.

L'entreprise est leader-mondiale de production et réalise un chiffre d'affaires annuel d'environ 33 M€ et compte environ 55 employés.
- Participation et supervision **des tâches financières quotidiennes** (saisie des factures de ventes et d'achats, relevés bancaires, feuilles de frais,... contrôle de l'exactitude des documents,...)
- Gestion **administrative du personnel** : collecte des informations mensuelles nécessaires pour le calcul des salaires, contrôle des bulletins de salaire
- Gestion de la **trésorerie**, préparation et paiement des factures fournisseurs en cours
- Préparation du reporting mensuel : compte de résultat, bilan, y compris calcul des amortissements, calcul de tous les provisions nécessaires et saisie des ajustements nécessaires aux normes IFRS (différences temporaires d'amortissement, IFRS 16... et tous les aspects fiscaux différés associés)
- Saisie des chiffres financiers dans l'outil de consolidation
- Analyse des chiffres mensuels et explication des écarts majeurs par rapport au budget et à l'année dernière pour les deux sites
- ** Préparation et contrôle** de l'exactitude des principaux indicateurs financiers (besoin en fonds de roulement, ROCE, flux de trésorerie;...) et de production pour les deux sites
- ** Assister le directeur général** dans la rédaction mensuelle du rapport du directeur général
- Préparation des budgets détaillés annuels, des prévisions trimestrielles et du plan stratégique en coordination avec tous les autres départements
- Identifier des cas commerciaux (point mort, benchmarking,...) en collaboration avec les autres départements
- Mise en œuvre de procédures pour assurer la cohérence et améliorer la fiabilité des données financières

Les compétences requis pour ce poste:

- Bonne connaissance de la **comptabilité légale** (pour être capable d'effectuer les clôtures, de gérer les transactions de clôture, les provisions de fin d'exercice...)
- Maitrise de la **comptabilité analytique** (pour être capable d'analyser et de calculer les marges, le ROI, les indicateurs d'efficacité...)
- Notions sur le processus de consolidation (rapprochement des capitaux propres, rapprochement et élimination inter-entreprises...)
- Notions en **IFRS**:

- Gestion des différences entre les PCGR locaux et les règles IFRS, transactions d'ajustement connexes et impôts différés connexes
- Bonne connaissance d**'Excel** et de ses fonctionnalités avancées (tableaux croisés dynamiques, manipulation et mise en forme des données, graphiques...) et à l'aise avec les outils informatiques en général
- À l'aise avec les autres outils de **Microsoft Office** (Word, PPt, Sharepoint, Teams,...)
- Expérience dans les systèmes **ERP** (D365 un atout)
- Bonne compréhension des principes fiscaux généraux
- Courant en **français et en allemand**, une bonne connaissance de l'anglais est un atout
- Honnête et véridique
- Bonnes compétences en communication, **esprit d'équipe** et prêt à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel
- Orienté solution
- Capable de travailler et de s'intégrer rapidement à une équipe
- ** Résistant au stress** et bien organisé
- Capable de prendre des initiatives
