**Your role**:
In the **event manager** part of the role, you will take ownership of managing global internal & external events from A-Z:

- You will be the go-to person within the organization for all events, from intimate internal inspiration sessions to big external conferences.
- You will manage our events both on a strategic and practical level.
- You will be working with different internal and external stakeholders.
- You will guide our existing event processes to a higher level.
- You support in the rollout of marketing and communication campaigns in the context of our global event management.
- You own and follow up on the Marketing event budget.

In the **community manager** part of this role, you will be facilitating and supporting our ongoing initiatives and events to keep up the positive pace that thrives our Bluecrux community feeling
- and culture:

- You will be the go-to person for all internal initiatives supporting our Bluecrux community,
- You will manage our monthly “Bluecrux community” meetings, what we call our “LFM (Last Friday Meeting).
- You will support in organizing various internal events, going from our end-of-year events, teambuilding, or our annual ski trip.
- You will manage all internal communication, together with the internal teams involved.

**Your skills**:

- You hold a Bachelor-or Master degree in Marketing-, Communications - or Business management.
- You have some years of relevant experience in a similar event manager or community role (both on a strategic as operational level).
- You are hands-on and have a let’s do it mentality.
- You have a big sense of urgency & responsibility.
- You are proficient in English, our internal language. Further, you have a good knowledge of Dutch or French.
- You know how to organize yourself and above all, you show a meticulous working style, with an eye for detail.
- You get energy from working with others and helping out and you can contaminate others with your vibrant enthusiasm
- You identify with our values of taking ownership and working with a smile. Above all, you are professional in your communication and can be trusted with confidential information.
- You love Fridays, but are equally happy on Monday morning
