**ROLE**

We are currently looking for an Art Director for TK.Lab, who feels comfortable at the intersection of creative content, data enriched insights, innovation, and smart media targeting.
Someone that puts as much ambition into creating always-on post on Facebook as into the conception of a branded series of Twitch streams or a creative influencer campaign on TikTok. Always based on a strong, insightful idea.
What is TK.Lab? We are WPP/Ogilvy's end-to-end specialist offer servicing local and global advertisers with TikTok capabilities spanning across strategy, creative, sound, media, commerce, influence and intelligence.
Think of us as the one-stop destination for anything TikTok related. **Easy**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You'll be working on all sorts of jobs, but you should be able to handle medium to large campaigns. Your thinking should be social first, and open to trans-media ideas.
- More specifically, you need to be able to tell the difference between an idea and an execution - an idea being the bigger picture thought, and an execution, a way (perhaps one of many) of bringing that idea to life.
- You need a basic understanding of the digital media.
- You should have the ability to assess ideas both strategically and creatively.
- The briefing process: In particular, make sure you have been properly briefed by insisting on a Kickstart. And always insist on a Brand Proposition.
- you should have an outstanding knowledge of DTP and retouching.
- and you should learn how to brief and work with suppliers such as illustrators, typographers, and photographers.
- Design inspiration/resources: Have a collection of great design, art direction, photography, animation, and anything else that will help you be a better art director.
**PROFILE**
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional fluency in Dutch or French, with an excellent command of English.
- Possess an observant and inquisitive approach towards people and their environment.
- Possess a natural curiosity for what's happening in today's popular and digital culture.
- You're not only aware of what is happening today, butalso of what advertisers will want to tap into tomorrow.
- Demonstrates insight into human behavior and motivational needs.
- Demonstrates creativity and originality.
- Possesses a sense of color and form.
- Can work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Works effectively in a team and exhibits excellent communication
- Has an interest in immersing themselves in award annuals to explore and appreciate outstanding work in the field.
- Show a keenness to learn**:Demonstrates a strong desire to learn and upskill themselves as an art director.
- Has a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering on briefs.
- Conceptualizes brave, fresh, and world-class ideas.
