**_Syncura_**_ is _**_toonaangevend syndicus_**_ in België met meer dan 30 jaar ervaring in vastgoedbeheer. Intussen telt Syncura _**_145 medewerkers_**_ die instaan voor het _**_dagdagelijks beheer van de gemeenschappelijke delen_**_ van residenties, assistentiewoningen en bedrijfsvastgoed._
- Vandaag de dag heeft Syncura 44.000 kavels in het beheer en 15 kantoren, verspreid over Vlaanderen en Brussel. Onze ambities blijven groot en ook de komende jaren voorzien wij verdere _**_groei_**_._
- Syncura maakt bovendien deel uit van _**_Emeria Group_**_, een Europese leider op vlak van residentiële vastgoed diensten. Je komt dus terecht in een _**_financieel zeer stabiele organisatie_**_ met _**_werkzekerheid_**_ op lange termijn._

Om het **kantoor in Hasselt te leiden en de medewerkers te coachen,** zoeken wij een **Branch Director.**

**Wat ga je doen als Branch Director?**
- Je bent operationeel actief als Property Manager waarbij je een aantal key accounts beheert
- Je bent eindverantwoordelijke voor deze** portefeuille van gebouwen** waarbij je de **algemene vergaderingen zal leiden** waarop alle eigenaars uitgenodigd worden (groepen van 10 tot... personen)
- Als **rechtstreekse aanspreekpunt** van de mede-eigenaars en leveranciers ben je makkelijk bereikbaar en zorg je voor een snelle service ️
- In nauw overleg met jouw collega's zorg je ervoor dat alle nodige en dringende herstellingen uitgevoerd worden, de **werken opgevolgd** worden en de administratie en facturatie correct is
- Samen met de Accounting Officers sta je in voor de **opmaak van het jaarlijkse beheerbudget en het nakijken van de afrekeningen**:

- Je biedt **ondersteuning aan de andere collega's** in de dossiers en staat hen bij in het kwalitatief beheer van hun portefeuille
- Je staat in voor de **begeleiding en coaching van de medewerkers **van het kantoor en volgt hen regelmatig op door middel van evaluatie
- en opvolgingsgesprekken
