**Wat doe je als Technical Support**
- Na een paar dagen zet je je eerste stappen op de technische dienst en beman ook jij de telefoon. Wanneer je een klant spreekt, zoek je direct in het systeem welke machines de klant heeft en wat de urgentie van de storing of het probleem is. Je denkt mee met de klant over de best mogelijke oplossing. Een flexibele en servicegerichte instelling is hierbij belangrijk. Je schakelt constant tussen klanten, leveranciers, planning en techniekers. De druk kan hoog oplopen, multitasking en het hoofd koel houden is aan de orde van de dag. Wanneer een interventie heeft plaatsgevonden, doe jij de administratieve afhandeling van werkbonnen, schadeclaims, garantie-aanvragen,Op die manier leer je gaandeweg ook ons uitgebreide product portfolio kennen.
- Daarnaast ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor garantiewerkzaamheden. Dit houdt in dat je voor garantiegevallen een claim indient bij de leverancier en deze opvolgt en verder afhandelt, met de nodige communicatie naar de klant toe.
- Als laatste luik van je functie sta je in voor de commerciële ondersteuning binnen de organisatie. Samen met het salesteam maak je een technische samenstelling van het verkoopdossier op en zorg je ervoor dat alle extra’s geleverd zijn wanneer de nieuwe machine bij ons geleverd wordt. Door jouw planning en organisatie van projecten heb je er ook voor gezorgd dat op dat moment ook techniekers beschikbaar zijn om de laatste aanpassingen te doen aan de machine om die klaar te maken voor uitlevering. Als laatste stap binnen dit proces ben je eveneens aanwezig bij de opstart van de machine bij de klant zodat ook jij de nodige technische uitleg kan geven zodat de klant zijn machine op een efficiënte en correcte manier kan bedienen.
**Gewenste profiel**
- Je behaalde een bachelor diploma in elektromechanica of gericht op hydraulica, mechanica of elektronica of een TSO diploma met een degelijke technische ervaring.
- Bij voorkeur deed je al een 5-tal jaar ervaring op op technisch gebied, herstellingen en onderhoud of als werkplaatsverantwoordelijke.
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Kennis Duits is zeker een pluspunt.
- Stressbestendigheid en klantvriendelijkheid typeren je werkattitude. Bovendien ben je flexibel naar werkuren toe, gezien je soms ter plaatse bij de klant bent en die probeert bij te staan tot het probleem opgelost is.
**Aanbod**
- We bieden jou een bediendencontract van onbepaalde duur aan waarvan de verloning aangepast wordt aan jouw kennis en ervaring. Daarenboven krijg je van ons maaltijdcheques, ecocheques, een bedrijfswagen type lichte vracht en een groepsverzekering. Je werkt in een 40-urenweek binnen een vast schema.
