**Division**
Au sein de la division PME, l’équipe commerciale assure la croissance du chiffre d’affaires dans les régions, en recherchant activement des opportunités dans un portefeuille de prospects. Elle offre des solutions intégrées sur mesure pour les PME. Afin de continuer à développer nos activités en Wallonie, nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un profil commercial pour nos partenaires francophones.
**Tâches**
Vos tâches consistent à:
- Visiter vos prospects et partenaires existants, principalement des comptables/experts-comptables et d’autres apporteurs d'affaires ; en vue du développement commercial de SD Worx principalement dans les provinces de Namur et Brabant Wallon.
- Maintenir la relation avec un réseau existant d’apporteurs d’affaires. Vous décelez les besoins concrets de vos clients et y apportez réponse à travers les produits et services de SD Worx. Vous assurez également le bon suivi des demandes diverses de nos partenaires.
- Réaliser la croissance du chiffre d’affaires en recherchant activement les opportunités commerciales dans votre portefeuille de prospects.
- Etablir un plan d’action pour favoriser votre succès de vente chez les partenaires ;
- Participer activement à des événements et des salons afin d’étendre votre réseau et d'établir divers contacts, au sein des professionnels de la comptabilité et apporteurs d'affaires dans votre région ;
- Négocier, réaliser et assurer le suivi d’offres et de contrats ;
- Nouer des contacts internes afin de garantir un service optimal aux clients.
**Profil**
Nous attendons de vous:
- Un véritable tempérament de gestion de portefeuille clients et une bonne capacité de prospection pour élargir le réseau de partenaires;
- De très bonnes connaissances du français. Une connaissance du néerlandais et/ou de l’anglais étant un plus;
- Une formation dans l’enseignement supérieur, de niveau minimum de bachelor, en comptabilité ou commerce est un réel plus.
- D’avoir quelques années d’expérience dans le domaine de la vente, de préférence dans un secteur de services;
- Faire preuve affinités avec les Ressources Humaines et le monde de la comptabilité
- Avoir une connaissance des évolutions du marché des professionnels de la comptabilité et pouvoir orienter sa prospection vers les segments de marché en croissance et ouverts à la digitalisation.
- Faire preuve de motivation et d’attachement à une satisfaction maximale du client ;
- D’excellentes aptitudes commerciales, communicationnelles et relationnelles
- Une capacité à travailler en autonomie et avec une équipe
