For our Antwerp based HQ, we are looking for a Receptionist & Facility Officer
This is an exciting opportunity for a enthusiastic individual with a real drive and passion to deliver excellent customer service to join our Azelis Family in our Head Office located in Berchem.
As our Receptionist & Facility Officer, you will ensure a daily qualitative service to our employees, customers and suppliers by helping them with their requests and proactively taking care of all our office facilities. You will report to the HR Business Partner Corporate.
A little bit more about the role:
Reception
- Ensure that the entire office is running efficiently on a day-to day basis, organize the office operations and procedures.
- Ensure that all visitors are greeted professionally and receive instant attention and a warm welcome.
- Offer first class customer service and understand the customers’ requirements.
- Handle various administrative and operational responsibilities for our office, such as making catering and travel arrangements, booking of meeting rooms, management of overall correspondence and carrying out an efficient documentation and filing system.
Facility Management
- The receptionist & facility officer is responsible to ensure that we maintain, develop and improve the look and feel of our Workplaces and invests in proactive and reactive maintenance to create safe and effective working environments. This involves managing relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, service providers, and colleagues, delivering maximum value for money and contractual compliance.
Event Management
- Support the organization of employee gatherings, team & sport events, gifts (birthdays, weddings, births), etc. in collaboration with the Corporate HR Team.
HR Support
- Administrative support for all HR related queries throughout the employee lifecycle.

- You have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written in Dutch and English;
- Developing fantastic internal working relationships is essential for this role alongside building connections with external service providers
- You have a positive and entrepreneurial mindset, a can-do attitude and are people oriented. You go the extra mile to help your colleagues.
- You will be an energetic and passionate team player. Your support will be key in this role and you really will be like the “glue” that holds it all together.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and direction;
- You have well-developed computer skills
