Voor een familiale, logistieke speler zijn we op zoek naar een
**Customer Service Administrator Ocean**.
**De verantwoordelijkheden zijn voor deze functie**:
- Je zorgt voor de **correcte verwerking** van de **Bill of Ladings en de facturatie**.
- Je geeft de juiste **data** in het systeem in.
- Je verzorgt het **klantencontact** m.b.t. de documentenstroom.
- Alle **administratie** (manifesten, Bill of Ladings,) die nodig is om een schip te laten vertrekken, verzorg je eveneens.
**De vereiste kwalificaties zijn**:
- Je hebt, bij voorkeur, **enkele jaren ervaring** in een **administratief** en **maritiem** **getinte** **functie**.
- De **maritieme** **documentenstroom** heeft geen geheimen voor jou.
- **Administratieve** functies spreken jou aan.
- **Nederlands** en **Engels** spreek en schrijf je vlot.
- Je werkt graag en vlot met **MS Office**.
