We are currently looking for a Order Verification & Release Administrator to join our team in Leuven (Belgium).

**Purpose statement**:
The OVR Administrator is responsible to perform verification of incoming and outgoing (GMP) customer orders requiring verification. The OVR Administrator will carry out these tasks while ensuring procedures are followed correctly.

**Job Specific Essential Functions**:
Perform pre-synthesis verification on all GMP orders to ensure correct and complete information was entered in the system.

**Perform post-synthesis verification by**:
Verifying performed GMP processes against information from multiple sources to ensure 100% compliance.
Visually inspecting and reviewing GMP products prior to shipment to ensure customer specifications are met.
Signing off for final QA release upon completion of order verification.
Troubleshoot any order issues identified during pre
- and post-synthesis review that prevent processing or shipment.
Record Internal Process Review (IPR) entries for issues identified during pre
- and post-manufacturing verifications.
Monitor reports to make sure that oligos are processed in a timely manner.
Assist with the Quality System (applicable standards ISO 9001 and ISO 13485) and our internal systems in regards to the company’s training system and document management system when necessary.
Help with communication/awareness of Quality within the company.
Assist QMS management with various Quality related tasks or perform other duties as specified by QMS management.
Report any problems to QMS management.
Treat information acquired during execution of job functions as strictly confidential.
Be aware of IDT’s policy on and contribute to quality and environmental management by adhering to the requirements of the ISO 9001, 13485 and 14001 standards and internal procedures and work instructions.

Education & experience
First work experience in a biotech/pharmaceutical/chemical environment is an advantage.
Some experience with data entry, data review and/or quality systems is preferred.

**Skills**:
Excellent computer skills which would include knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & multi-task.
Capable of making administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
Ability to complete assignments without constant supervision.
Must be able to interact in a professional manner with employees and all levels of management.
Must be able to work in a group and independently.
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
Must be able to lift 20 kg.
Must be able to be on feet a few hours at a time.
Must be able to work over 40 hours per week, if required.
