**Rôle/ Mission**:
Le Sales and Administration Officer a pour mission de gérer le back office en matière commerciale de HQ et d’être l’interface entre celui-ci et l’atelier, la logistique, ainsi que la comptabilité.

Il s’assure de la bonne réalisation des tâches effectués par le personnel dédié à celles-ci ou par lui-même.

**responsabilités**:
**Centralisation des informations entrantes chez HQ**

Gestion de la boîte Info

Gestion du courrier postal rentrant

**Commandes **_**(à déléguer autant que possible)**_**:

- Encodage et confirmation des commandes HQ_

Gestion des commandes autres que produits du stock (Achats fournitures de bureau)

Confirmations commandes HQ aux usines pour le stock / transit.

**Etiquettes **_**(à déléguer)**_**:
Etiquettes rayon

Etiquettes Boites cylindres

Etiquettes surstock

Etiquettes GLS/MD

Vérification factures GLS

**Suivi et contrôle des commandes HQ**

S’assurer de la bonne fin des commandes encodées HQ

Veiller au bon suivi des commandes toujours ouvertes (infos à recevoir, délai à connaitre, etc )

Faire livrer les BO au Client dès que la marchandise est disponible

Suivi des SAV:

- S’assurer que les tickets soient bien alloués (interne et usines)
- S’assurer que les SAV se clôturent dans un délai raisonnable.

**Facturation**

Facturation HQ au 15 et dernier jour du mois

Importation des factures d’Anacom dans Winbooks

**Suivi des paiements**:
Encodage des paiements clients dans Anacom

Encodage des paiements clients dans Winbooks

Rappel des paiements de client HQ (écrit + oral) et information à l’équipe quand problème.

Rappel des paiements de client en usine

**Inventaire/ Stock/Articles**

Mise en stock des Commandes Fournisseurs

Vérifications des factures d’arrivage de marchandise

Tirer l’inventaire fin de mois

Création/Modification d’article

Hausses et modifications tarifaires HQ et usines

**Autres**:
Calcul des commissions des représentants

Commissions AF/CI/TR/DI/AV - vérification et facturation

Archivage documents et nettoyage des archives une fois par an

Gestion du Disque Z (hiérarchie) et migration à prévoir sur le Cloud.

Autres projets à définir avec la Direction.

Suivi en interne de l’un ou l’autre client

Encodage de commande de clés

Imprimer toutes les commandes “clés”, d’en faire des fichiers DAT si nécessaire et de les mettre dans le bac de préparation d’Abraham.

**Profil requis**:
Expérience professionnelle administrative dans le domaine de la logistique/ Commercial

Rigueur et soin dans la réalisation du travail.

Curieux et désir de connaître un métier Technique

Connaissance : Néerlandais / Français / Anglais

Connaissance des outils Microsoft : Word - Excel

**Formation éventuelle**:

- Formation à l’utilisation et à la manipulation de l’outil analytique.
- Logiciel analytique (ANACOM).
