Being clear market leader in its core, new car market, the group has major ambitions to conquer its fair share in the used car market both at retail level - through its labels MyWay and Audi Approved+, and at wholesale level - through MyWay PRO.

We are a subsidiary of D’Ieteren Automotive, active in used cars in Belgium and internationally. Our objective is to become the undisputed market leader in Belgium through a used car sales model them combines online channels with a national franchise network.

Within the group, we have two brands.
**MyWay PRO**, our B2B brand, is active in used cars trading both in Belgium and internationally. Our objective is to source quality used cars across Europe from a varied range of channels and partners and sell them through official our channels: MyWay, Audi Approved+ and Lizy, as well as MyWay PRO’s European network of B2B dealers.
**MyWay**, our retail (B2C) brand, is our promise to the end-customer. Through MyWay we market used cars in Belgium through a combination of digital channels and a physical franchise of 100+ retail distribution points across the country.

**Junior Sales support specialist role**

We’re looking for a Junior Sales support specialist with a hands-on mentality, a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience and process optimization.

**Responsibilities & Tasks**:

- Support commercial teams to execute their functions more efficiently
- Generate reporting towards the management on sales and operational activities
- Act as single point of contact for both clients and sales team concerning vehicle documents and administration
- Ensure an excellent customer experience related to vehicles delivery, including:

- Handling of vehicle deliveries / transport
- Handling of vehicle car document deliveries to customers
- Follow up on invoicing and payments
- Handle general administration related to vehicle importing (douane, registration )
- Absolute focus on process efficiency for vehicle and document deliveries by recommending and implementing improvement points

As Junior sales support specialist you will play a key role in our operations team and have a direct impact on the customer experience and success of MyWay PRO. Next to your daily activities you will also contribute significantly on operational projects to improve our business and client experience.

**Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree or Equal experience in administration, sales support, process improvement or similar functions
- Attention to details and structured ways of working
- A strong inner drive to deliver excellent customer experience
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft office suite is a must
- Can-do mentality and ability to work in an autonomous way
- Excellent verbal and written conversation in English and Dutch or French
