Then you might be glad to know that we are looking for an **HR Care Expert **.
**You **r challenges**:
- You are r esponsible for performing day to day operational quality checks linked to all HR processes, you analyze/report results & propose best practical solutions & prioritization, with minimum of impact on end users.
- You are r esponsible for updating/creating new HR processes & methods (linked to your scope as well as transversal within HR) & ensure processes are up to date together with the process owners.
- You also communicat e all updated/new processes & methods to internal/external stakeholders, experts & process owners and ensure processes have been applied by performing monitoring.
- You s upport the launch of new products & services by thinking proactively and by making the link with current processes/services.
- You a ct as backup for the following tasks of our HR Team Member Care Agents: treat and answer incoming employee/IT enquiries in the best employee focused way, aiming at first time resolution, in respecting the social legislatio n and Orange processes, policies and practices.
**Yo **ur profile**:
- You have a higher degree and/or minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position - a prior experience in an HR department is a plus
- You have a very good knowledge of Excel
- You have a perfect level in French with a good level in English and Dutch; or a perfect level in Dutch with a good level in English and French
- You are customer and solution minded
- You have an analytical mind and have an eye for details
- You like being part of a team and enjoy transversal collaboration
