Voor onze klant, een toonaangevende onafhankelijke en internationale onderneming gelegen in regio Zaventem, zoeken wij vandaag naar een **enthousiaste payroll specialist**.
In deze functie als **payroll specialist (m/v/x) **zal je nauw samenwerken met HR- en financiële afdelingen, je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de lokale Compensation and Benefits Manager.
Jouw taken:
- Je staat in voor **accurate payroll, **voornamelijk voor bedienden en dit binnen verschillende tijdsroosters
- Je **verwerkt contracten** van nieuwe werknemers (vanuit payroll perspectief);
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor** de tijdsregistratie **van je collega's;
- Je houdt de personeelsdossiers up to date;
- Je onderhoudt de **payroll informatie** van elke werknemer en werkt deze waar nodig bij;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het **oplossen van payroll discrepanties en problemen**;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het **voorbereiden en tijdig aanleveren** van loonstroken en jaarlijkse betalingsoverzichten;
- Je assisteert bij de verwerking van de **maandelijkse rapportage**;
- Je beantwoordt **algemene vragen over payroll** rond bijvoorbeeld verlof, tijdskrediet, klein verleten geeft hier advies over;
- Je **beheert de** verlofrechten en betalingen;
- Je zal regelmatig **salarisgegevens** archiveren en opslaan;Profiel:
- Je bent in het bezit van een **bachelorsdiploma **of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Je kan **minstens 3 jaar ervaring** in een payroll functie voorleggen;
- Je spreekt **Nederlands **met uitstekende kennis van **Engels of Frans** ;
- Kennis van Eblox en/of ProTime is een plus;
- Je hebt een **zeer gedetailleerde** manier van werken;
- Je bent in staat om met **deadlines** te werken;
