Sibelga est le gestionnaire des réseaux de gaz et d'électricité à Bruxelles. Nos 1000 collaborateurs s’investissent chaque jour pour garantir l’approvisionnement en énergie des 500.000 foyers et entreprises bruxellois. Sur les chantiers ou depuis notre siège social situé au cœur de la capitale, nos équipes améliorent la qualité de vie des Bruxellois et sont un moteur de la transition énergétique.
**QUEL SERVICE REJOIGNEZ VOUS?**:
Digital Business Solutions (DBS), le département IT de Sibelga, soutient l’ensemble des activités « métier » de la société. Il leur permet de se dérouler efficacement et de se développer. Il veille à doter Sibelga d’une informatique autonome, au gré de l’évolution de ses besoins et des technologies.
Le Service IT Production au sein de DBS est responsable:
- des activités de type Infrastructure, qui englobent tout ce qui touche à la gestion de l’infrastructure informatique (réseaux, datacenter management, opérations et monitoring des systèmes, workspace management, end-user support, gestion de l’innovation technologique) ;
- des activités de type Exploitation Informatique, qui regroupent les tâches propres à la gestion des chaînes applicatives (intégrations, déploiements applicatifs, monitoring applicatif, gestion des incidents)
Le service déploie des projets de consolidation, d’évolution et de sécurisation de l’infrastructure IT (Réseau, Serveurs, OS, Middleware, end points, ) et dispose d’une équipe de Project Managers IT pour les gérer.
Pour les projets clés, nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Project Manager expérimenté(e).
**VOTRE JOB**:
Le Project Manager IT Infrastructure gère les projets visant à créer, adapter ou déployer des infrastructures supportant le système d’information de Sibelga. A ce titre, vous gérez, supervisez et coordonnez l’ensemble des activités de projets en définissant, supervisant et respectant le scope, planning et budget.
En particulier, durant la phase de préparation du projet
- vous identifiez les parties prenantes.
- vous précisez le scope et les livrables ainsi que les standards, méthodes, processus et outils.
- vous définissez un planning, et un budget
Durant la phase d’exécution
- vous identifiez et gérez les risques et les problèmes liés au projet
- vous identifiez les changements, analysez leur impact et mettez en place les actions à mener
- vous communiquez vers les parties prenantes
- vous allouez et suivez les tâches des membres de l'équipe de projet
- vous gérez les besoins en ressources humaines et techniques
- vous appliquez les méthodes, processus et outils déterminés dans le plan de projet
- vous assurez le respect des contraintes de production
Durant la phase de clôture
- vous assurez le transfert des connaissances de projet pour assurer une continuité en mode « business as usual » pour toutes les parties sur lesquelles le projet a des répercussions
**VOTRE PROFIL**:
- Vous êtes universitaire à orientation informatique, économique, industrielle ou scientifique
- Vous possédez minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans la même fonction ou dans une fonction similaire
- Vous possédez une bonne connaissance de la gestion des infrastructures informatiques au sens large et plus particulièrement des plateformes softwares techniques (virtualisation, workplace, cloud, hybrid-cloud, etc.) et hardwares (serveurs, stockage)
- Vous maîtrisez le néerlandais et le français et disposez d’une connaissance de l'anglais technique professionnel
- Compétences clés : flexibilité, résistance au stress, orientation client et résultats, communication, bon esprit d’analyse et sens critique, assertivité, capacité d’organisation et de planification, pragmatisme et réactivité, sens de l’écoute, intérêt pour le travail d’équipe
