Sibelga est le gestionnaire des réseaux de gaz et d’électricité à Bruxelles. Nos 1 000 collaborateurs s’investissent chaque jour pour garantir l’approvisionnement en énergie des 500 000 foyers et entreprises bruxellois. Sur les chantiers ou depuis notre siège social situé au cœur de la capitale, nos équipes contribuent ensemble à faciliter l’utilisation de l’énergie d’aujourd’hui et de demain.

**QUEL SERVICE REJOIGNEZ VOUS?**:
Le département Digital Business Solutions (DBS) soutient l’ensemble des activités « métier » de Sibelga. Il veille à doter Sibelga d’une informatique autonome, au gré de l’évolution de ses besoins et des technologies.

**VOTRE JOB**:
Au sein du service IT Production, nous recherchons un(e) Team Manager Infrastructure Projects qui sera responsable
- de la gestion des portefeuilles de projets Infrastructure IT & Sécurité des systèmes d’information
- de l’élaboration de la roadmap infra et de ses évolutions
- de l’édiction des standards d’infrastructure IT et de leur suivi dans les différentes implémentations
- du design des solutions d’infrastructure IT

Plus spécifiquement, en qualité de Team Manager, vous assurez les responsabilités suivantes:

- People/Resource Management
- Vous assurez la priorisation des activités de l'équipe
- Vous veillez à faire coïncider les ressources avec les charges de travail demandées, en termes de quantités et de profils nécessaires
- Vous veillez à la dynamique et à la motivation de l'équipe
- Vous assurez une communication correcte aussi bien top-down que bottom-up
- Vous soutenez le développement individuel des membres de votre équipe
- Vous préparez les exercices budgétaires des années suivantes du service et assurez le suivi des exercices en cours
- Vous assurez la gestion contractuelle de nos prestataires (suivi des contrats, suivi des prestations, revue des SLA’s,)
- Vous élaborez la Roadmap Infrastructure et pilotez son exécution (1.5 M Euro/an)
- En collaboration avec le Security Officer, vous pilotez l’exécution de la Roadmap Sécurité (1.5 M Euro/an)
- Vous validez les designs d’infrastructure élaborés par vos System Designers

Pour réaliser ces activités, le Team Manager dispose de:

- Project Managers : des Chefs de Projets Infrastructure, qui pilotent les projets Infra-Techno & IT Security et les tracks infrastructure des projets applicatifs.
- System Designers : des analystes infrastructure qui sont responsable de la qualification des demandes faites au Service IT Production, du design des solutions d’infrastructure IT et du suivi de leur implémentation dans nos systèmes.

Le Team Manager Infrastructure Projects répond directement au Responsable du service IT Production et gère donc une équipe qui compte une vingtaine de personnes.

**VOTRE PROFIL**:

- Vous êtes universitaire à orientation scientifique ou économique
- Vous avez une expérience avérée en gestion d'équipes (min. 5 ans)
- Vous avez une expérience avérée en gestion de portefeuille de projets (min. 5 ans)
- Vous avez une certification en gestion de projets
- Vous avez une compétence reconnue dans les domaines de l'infrastructure informatique (Virtualisation, Stockage, Cloud)
- Vous avez une expérience des systèmes de gestion de processus IT (ITSM), la connaissance d’Omnitracker est un plus
- Vous avez une expérience d’outils de gestion de projets, la connaissance de Planview est un plus
- Vous pouvez démontrer une connaissance approfondie des processus ITIL
- Vous faites preuve de rigueur et méthode
- Vous avez le sens du service client/utilisateurs
- Une expérience dans le secteurs des Utilities est un plus
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français ou le néerlandais et disposez d’une bonne connaissance de l’autre langue; vous maîtrisez l'anglais technique professionnel
- Compétences clés : flexibilité, résistance au stress, orientation client et résultats, communication, bon esprit d’analyse et sens critique, assertivité, capacité d’organisation et de planification, pragmatisme et réactivité, sens de l’écoute, intérêt pour le travail d’équipe.
