Als** BI Executive **ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering en het optimaliseren van verschillende BI processen. Je structureert, centraliseert en analyseert informatie voor stakeholders door deze te verwerken in begrijpelijke dashboards. Je werkt daarnaast aan structurele reporting (vb Business Reviews) zodat er een duidelijk beeld kan worden gevormd van onze omzetevolutie.

De belangrijkste taken zijn:

- opschonen en verwerken van ruwe data tot bruikbare data (oa mappings)
- detecteren en oplossen van onregelmatigheden in data views
- documenteren en verbeteren van BI-processen van oa capaciteit en business review
- registreren van KPI's als bron voor data views
- consistentie en betrouwbaarheid opvolgen van de productconfiguratie van onze mediaproducten (bron ordermanagement systemen) ifv omzetrapportering
- opzetten van dynamische sales-dashboards in Qlik, waarbij stakeholders op een gebruiksvriendelijke manier onmiddellijk conclusies kunnen trekken
- basic analyses van de bekomen data en vertalen naar inzichten voor business stakeholders

Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de afdelingen Business Operations en Sales.
- Je hebt een master in een economische richting of hebt ervaring met databeheer
- Je hebt affiniteit en feeling voor data en processen en bekijkt deze kritisch
- Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig en hebt sterk analytisch denkvermogen
- Je bent organisatorisch ingesteld, proactief en hands-on
- Je hebt ervaring met OMS en dashboard tools (kennis van Advendio en het gebruik van Qlik Sense is een groot pluspunt)
