Als **Production Supervisor **stuur je de machines en leid je het team (20-40 personen) op een zo efficiënt mogelijk manier KPI's te realiseren volgens de vereisten met betrekking tot veiligheid, kwaliteit, efficiëntie, arbeidsomstandigheden & milieu.
Het gaat om een nieuwe functie omwille van groei.
- Je staat in voor de bewustwording op de werkvloer inzake veiligheid en versterkt deze cultuur.
- Je creëert een positieve groepsdynamiek door het motiveren, inspireren en coachen van je team.
- Je staat in voor de personeelsplanning, selectie van nieuwe medewerkers,...
- Je hebt oog voor kwaliteitsnormen en neemt actie indien nodig.
- Je volgt het productieplan op volgens de norm en doelstellingen en signaleert afwijkingen van plannen, prioriteiten,...
- Tijdens het productieproces zorgt je voor een goede bevoorrading/beschikbaarheid van machines, personeel en materialen/grondstoffen.
- Daarnaast focus je tijdens laagseizoen op verbeteringsprojecten op vlak van personeel, 5S, efficiëntie,...
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Plant Manager.

**Naar wie zijn we op zoek?**

Je behaalde een hoger diploma in voeding, supply chain,... of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Je kan een 3-tal jaar ervaring voorleggen in een leidinggevende rol in een productieomgeving.
Je kan vlot overweg met de courante IT-pakketten.
Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en kan een mondje Engels en Frans.
