Onze partner is op zoek naar een Production Leader om hun team te versterken. Dit toonaangevend productiebedrijf gelegen in regio Kortrijk is actief binnen de voedingssector.
**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden?**
Als Production Leader kom je terecht in een productieomgeving en krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over de voortdurende verbetering van de productielijnen en het **people management**. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit een aantal gevarieerde activiteiten:
- Garanderen en optimaliseren van de **kwaliteit en veiligheid** in de productie
- **Verzekeren van een goede samenwerking** tussen de verschillende productie teams en operatoren
- Productiviteit verbeteren d.m.v. motivatie, inspiratie en coaching van jouw team
- Instaan voor **teamvergaderingen, bedrijfscommunicatie en personeelsplanning**:
- **Trekken van projecten** rondom kwaliteit, veiligheid, evaluatiesystemen
- Rapporteren aan Plant Manager
**Wie ben je?**
Om bovenstaande taken en verantwoordelijkheden succesvol uit te oefenen, beschik je als Production Leader over een **bachelor of master in een voedingsgerelateerde richting **zoals voedingstechnologie of bio-ingenieur aangevuld met een **eerste ervaring in leidinggevende functie. **Ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie is een pluspunt. Je bent communicatief vaardig in het **Nederlands **en spreekt een woordje Frans. Daarnaast ben je een echte **people manager** en ben je **kpi** gericht. Tot slot ben je ook een **gemotiveerd **persoon met sterke **communicatieskills**.
