De rol van de Head of Middle Office bestaat eruit het team **van Field Managers en adviseurs Middle-Office aan te sturen. **Samen met de Work Force Optimizer zal de Head Of de prioriteiten vastleggen voor het beheer van het aantal en type klantencontacten.
- Waar werk je naartoe?_ De Head of Middle Office dient verschillende **doelstellingen** voorop te stellen en op te volgen aangaande de acties/taken van zijn teams (ondersteuning multiproduct voor de Front Office en de Back Office, focus op de synchrone activiteiten (telefonie, chat) en asynchrone activiteiten (beheer van de backlog, mails). Dit met als doel de tijd van het **administratieve beheer zo kort mogelijk te houden en een optimale toegankelijkheid te garanderen van onze Voice en Non Voice kanalen met als einddoel een maximale klantentevredenheid te bereiken.**
