Entrepreneur dans l'âme, vous créez et développer votre Business Unit et êtes garant de la croissance et de la rentabilité de votre centre de profits.

Formé par votre Coachin ainsi que le Responsable de la Business Unit, vous aurez un rôle central dans notre organisation qui se définit autour de ces grands axes:

- **
Le business**: vous créez, développez et fidélisez votre portefeuille clients, allez à leur rencontre sur site et les accompagner dans leurs projets sur le long terme.
- ** Le recrutement **:accompagné par l'équipe de Talent Acquisition, vous sélectionnez, sourcez, évaluez et recrutez votre équipe d'ingénieurs consultants.
- ** Le management et coaching**: vous accompagnez et managez votre équipe de consultants en pilotant leurs missions, par l'organisation des réunions de suivi de carrière, la mise en place de formation et l'évaluation de leurs compétences.
- ** La gestion de votre centre de profits**: vous êtes garant de la croissance et de la rentabilité de votre centre de profits par la bonne gestion financière de votre Business Unit.
- Vous avec un Bac +5.
- Vous disposez impérativement d'une première expérience en management de centre de profit.
- Vous avez une forte fibre commerciale et entrepreneuriale.
- Vous avez de grandes qualités relationnelles.
- Vous aimez relever des challenges et dépasser vos limites.
- Vous avez de l'ambition et de l'audace.

Rémunération brute annuelle : 40k€ fixe + variable
