Onze klant investeert in een gloednieuw project in de Haven van Antwerpen gericht op het aanpakken van de klimaatverandering en het verminderen van de CO2-uitstoot. **Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?**:
Als Procurement Support SAP is het jouw verantwoordelijkheid om ondersteuning te bieden aan de manager met een focus op het zorgen voor een goede orde en dagelijkse aansturing van het team. De voertaal op de werkvloer is Engels.
- Je creëert inkooporders en wijzigt orders in SAP
- Je zorgt voor het opzetten van raamovereenkomsten in SAP
- Je zorgt voor alle administratie i.v.m. de contracten
- Je doet de controle van facturen en lost geschillen op
- Je geeft assistentie bij de prekwalificatie en aanbesteding
- Je staat in voor de operationele inkoopactiviteiten voor goederen en diensten
- Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning voor het inkoopteam en backoffice
- Je maakt nieuwe leveranciers aan in SAP
- Je onderhoudt en actualiseert de master data van de leveranciers

**Welke skills breng je mee?**:
Voor deze vacature zijn we op zoek naar een kandidaat met een proactieve houding en sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden. Je hebt minstens enkele jaren ervaring binnen (petro-)chemie, maar ook young graduates zijn welkom
- Je bent een teamplayer en werkt in een klein, flexibel en enthousiast team
- Je bent vlot in het Engels en Nederlands
- Je bent enthousiast en doelgericht
- Je hebt uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en een probleemoplossend vermogen
- Je bent in staat op problemen te definiëren en prioriteiten te stellen
