ISS is growing We are looking for a Client Service Management, to be based in our Paris, Brussels, or London office. You will have a genuine interest in the area of Sustainable and Responsible investment, with a proven track record in providing high quality client support, within the Financial Services sector.

Will you be the newest member of our Client Success team to support increasing growth?

In this role, you will be working as part of the EMEA Governance Client Success team and will be responsible for assisting our diverse range of clients across the full range of Stewardship and Governance Solutions.

As a Client Success Manager, you would be part of a pro-proactive client services organization that provides essential support, training, and insight on important topics facing the world today. Client Service Managers must be adaptable, eager and efficient problem solvers. Great communication skills are a must as you will represent ISS to all levels of client management. Managing these relationships will provide the opportunity to work with a wide range of institution types, ensuring a challenging role with daily client interactions.

To succeed in the role, a Client Service Manager must learn and understand corporate governance and proxy voting services, learn about their client’s business, and bring that knowledge together to provide insight, best practices, and win-win solutions to those client organizations.

Are you up for the challenge?Learn Global Proxy Voting Mechanics and grow knowledge about Industry standards- Develop and lead long term relationships across a range of high profile, French clients-
- Maintain ownership of long-term client relationships, ensuring familiarity with individual set-ups and proactively manage communications- Conduct calls/on-site visits with clients (i.e. training sessions, client reviews)- Proactively communicate and educate clients on key governance matters and administer support for ISS’s full product suite- Encourage and facilitate meetings between clients and research analysts- Assess client reporting needs and coordinate report delivery- Support ISS’s implementation team in ensuring the correct setup is applied- Perform frequent testing of new product features- Achieve target renewal rate through outstanding client service

What you bring- One or two years of relevant working experience in client services, preferably in a financial services role- Excellent presentational skills and inter-personal relationships- Innovative, customer-oriented thinker able to identify and execute on market opportunities- Highly systematic, organized, and prioritized approach- Absolute personal and business integrity- Native or proficiency in English and French is essential

Advantageous: knowledge and understanding of Investment Stewardship and Responsible Investment and market infrastructure, including regulatory drivers such as SRD2
