We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Marketing Manager to build out our marketing efforts and propel our company to new heights.
As the **Marketing Manager** at Bizzy, you will be responsible for defining and executing the complete marketing strategy. Your goal: building the Bizzy brand across Europe. This role is perfect for a versatile professional who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives forward.
This role reports directly to the Head of Sales and is located in Ghent, with flexibility for working from home max 2 days per week.
Your responsibilities will include:
- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and execute our go to market-strategy, together with the leadership team, aligned with our company's vision and objectives. You’ll be responsible for our marketing segmentation, targeting & positioning.
- **Inbound Lead Generation**: Capturing existing demand through digital marketing strategies.
- **Product Positioning and Marketing**: You will be responsible for the communication around product feature releases, changes and sunsetting. The ability to express our value and speed of delivery to our customers will differentiate us from competitors.
- **Performance Analysis and Optimization**: Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, track key performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
- **Leadership Experience**: Proven track record (min 3 years) of success in generic marketing roles, within the tech industry or SaaS startups.
- **Passion for Marketing**: Hands-on experience across various marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, content marketing, lead generation, and branding, and a good understanding of SaaS dynamics.
- **Entrepreneurial and Results-Driven Mindset**: You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are driven to achieve results. Willingness to embrace the complexities of scaling, and willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive into the trenches to get things done.
- **Strong strategic mindset,** with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans and initiatives.
- **Social and Communicative**: Strong communication and leadership skills.
- **Flexible mindset**: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the typical start-up challenges. If you know, you know.
- **Fluency in Dutch and English**: You are fluent in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
