**Business Developer**
SEAMS, is a fast-growing consulting company, is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Business Developer to join our team. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and maintaining your own P&L (Profit and Loss).
At SEAMS, we support our clients in their next digital shift by understanding their needs and providing the right profiles. We operate mainly in the banking industry and in Belgium, always open to discover new business opportunities. The sky is the limit.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT consultancy sector, focusing on digital transformation projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Lead the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring client satisfaction throughout.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and grow your own P&L.
- Collaborate with the consulting team to develop innovative solutions and proposals for client projects.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Master's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT consultancy.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English. (written and spoken)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
