We are looking for a **Senior Front-End Java Development Engineer** to join our dynamic team, where you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing state-of-the-art development frameworks. You will work closely with technical teams and project leads to ensure efficient and high-performing solutions.
**What you will do**:
- **Collaborate and support**: Work with project leads, process feedback, and propose new solutions to enhance our framework.
- **Coach and train**: Share your knowledge through coaching and training sessions to foster technical excellence within the organization.
- **Maintain standards**: Write user guides, manage existing framework components, and actively participate in technical communities to exchange ideas.
- **Deliver excellence**: Write clean and maintainable code, either from scratch or by customizing third-party solutions, ensuring smooth integration and performance optimization.

**Technical expertise**:
**Mandatory**:
- More than 5 years of experience as a Java engineer in an Agile XP environment.
- Expertise in React JS, Java, HTML5, NodeJS, Spring, REST, SOA, XML/XSD/WSDL, JSON.
- Familiarity with tools such as Zuul, Kubernetes, GridGain, Spring Boot, Nginx, Docker.
- Strong front-end skills in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and frameworks like React, Angular, NodeJS.
- Experience with microservices in complex environments.
**Preferred**:
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends.
**Business expertise**:
Experience with Scrum methodologies for collaborative teamwork.
Practical experience with Agile Scrum is a plus.
**Behavioral skills**:
Proactive, dynamic, and a team player with excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
Ability to mentor junior developers and thrive in an environment with multiple stakeholders.
Adaptability to work across various methodologies and teams.
