**Responsibilities**:
3. Backend Development: Develop server-side logic and database interactions using PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter to ensure efficient data processing and manipulation.
5. API Development: Create and consume web services and APIs to enable data exchange and integration with external systems and services.
6. Code Review: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards and best practices.
7. Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit tests, integration tests, and debugging to identify and fix software defects and issues.
8. Version Control: Use version control systems such as Git to manage and track changes to code repositories, branches, and releases.
9. Documentation: Document technical specifications, code documentation, and deployment processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain system integrity.
10. Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
**Required Skills**:
1. Proficiency in PHP programming language and experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
2. Strong understanding of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX for front-end development.
3. Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB and experience with SQL query writing and optimization.
5. Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries such as Bootstrap, jQuery, or Vue.js for building responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
6. Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum for iterative and collaborative development.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.
8. Strong attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
9. Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
10. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies, frameworks, and best practices in web development.
**Education and Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a PHP developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of web development projects.
Certification in PHP programming or relevant web development technologies is a plus.
