Hoe wij ons u voorstellen
Als floormanager begrijp je de collectie op jouw afdeling, geef een gedetailleerde analyse aan de managers over de producten in de collectie en de verkoopcijfers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de Visual merchandising op jouw afdeling, dit doe je samen met een Visual Merchandiser óf alleen. Je support de managers bij het rekruteren, opleiden, plannen en motiveren van het personeel op jouw afdeling. Je motiveert en begeleidt je team en neemt beslissingen i.v.m. het product om een maximale rendabiliteit te bereiken. Het vertegenwoordigen van het imago en de bedrijfscultuur van BERSHKA hoort uiteraard ook bij jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Wat wij van u verwachten
Je bent een geboren peoplemanager met een hoge dosis dynamisme en organisatorische ingesteldheid.
Relevante leidinggevende ervaring binnen de mode en/of Retail
Modebewust, up-to-date van de laatste trends
Productkennis en kennis van jouw doelgroep
Commerciële instelling
Je bent enthousiast, positief en gedreven, en weet dit over te brengen naar jouw team
Een flexibele instelling en een hands-on mentaliteit
Fulltime beschikbaarheid (parttime niet mogelijk)
Stressbestendigheid en kunnen werken onder druk
