Fugro is the world’s leading, independent provider of geo-intelligence and asset integrity solutions for large constructions, infrastructure and natural resources. Fugro in Belgium offer specialized consultancy and engineering services in both land and marine environments. We are currently seeking a a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Recruitment Intern. This is a 6-month internship that will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting and onboarding processes.

Job Summary

The key roles and responsibilities associated with this position include:

- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating pre-employment checks, preparing welcome packs and organizing orientation sessions
- Assist with various HR administrative tasks related to recruitment or onboarding as needed
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve our recruitment and onboarding processes

Key Skills

Applicants will have demonstrable excellent technical, organizational and communication skills, with a desire to continually learn and develop.

The key requirements are:

- Holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, law or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English. proficiency in Dutch and/or French are nice-to-have

Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium).
